Stretch Marks - New Research Shows The Best Treatment Options
Posted by Suzzy on 1/22/2014 to FAQ

Hi Beauties!

I want to address a problem that so many of us deal with, stretch marks. It is one on the skin problems that you all ask me about the most.

I just received this question from Rosemarie:

"I just want to inquire first about your products, may be you can help me to make my skin flawless and especially my some scars and stretch marks after pregnancy.thank u so much, and looking forward your very much reply."

One of the most effective treatments for the stretch marks that I recommend is a micro needle roller, which helps to promote the new growth of elastin and collagen which can partially repair the stretch mark. This treatment is safe and causes small fractional damage to targeted areas of the skin tissue, resulting in a greater production of collagen and elastin.

Also, micro needling can be combined with a cream that contains Tretinoin vitamin A which also has been shown to increase the production of collagen, reducing the appearance of stretch marks on the skin. The newer the stretch mark and the earlier you treat it, the better your end result. We have the micro needle rollers but we don’t have a Tretinoin cream as yet (COMING SOON!)

Not only is micro needling good for stretch marks but the treatment can also help with acne scars, wrinkles, open pores, pigmentation marks & more!

We carry a few different DermRollers:

For fine lines &wrinkles on sensitive areas on your face.
