The purchase and delivery of my Derma Roller couldn't have been faster or easier. No problems at all! It came packaged in a sealed, steril wrapping and was in perfect condition. It worked great. I have only used it once, but will roll again in 1 week. I have had it done professionally, and I feel this Derma Roller was equivalent to that. I am very pleased!

Great Product

I have been VERY happy with the results I have experienced. I have only used 2 times and already can see a great improvement in my skin. I started with the 1.0 because my acne scares were deep but I do wish I would have tried the recommended .5 first, just to get used to the feeling of the roller.

Derma Rolle

I have used the derma roller twice in one week. However the first time I noticed a difference right away. So I used it again within four days of each use. The next week I did the same. Then I noticed my skin getting dark and feeling kind of rough. I believe I used it to close together and pressed to hard. By all means follow the directions. I used bleaching cream to get my skin back to the natural color. But I must say the stretch marks are disappearing like crazy. So only use it once a week. Take your time and see results later.

great product

If your skeptical it works! Get it you wont be disappointed! I read tons of reviews before i dove into it. Two months later rolling once a month only once a month because i got the longer needle. Wrinkles have reduced skin is much more clear and my large pores are smaller. Simply amazing because its like a mid evil torture device but it works!

Super Impressed!!!!

I'm starting to get some forehead wrinkles and a little bit of crows feet around and under the corners of my eyes and using this we a serum has improved that almost completely!! I wash my face really well at night( it will make your skin flushed and red and it works better I think at night!) apply a good anit aging serum to the my face and then us the roller in the areas I want to firm and clear up. I followed the directions on the box, but rolling to two or three directions at least 4 to 5 times, I don't think it hurts but there is a slight poking/sting, and the first time right afterwards felt like I was really hot, similar to a bad sunburn. I went to bed and woke up to no wrinkles!!!! I love this thing! At first I did it once a week, I read one of the reviews that more than 2 or 3 times a week can be too irratating, I now do it every 4 to 5 days. I can tell a huge difference and I've had friends who get botox or do acid peals are impressed and wanted to know who my Dr is!

Home Needling Therapy

I used the 1mm system for some deep acne scars on my cheeks. The scars were old, and no makeup would cover them, since it was a texture issue rather than discoloration. After just 3 uses (once a week as directions suggest) I noticed about a 50% improvement in the texture of the scars. They were much less deep than before the microneedling. I am going to continue to use this product in hopes they will almost completely go away. It's definitely worth the slight discomfort of the process, and a much cheaper alternative to having it done in a dermatology office.

Too soon

Although I have purchased the exactly same thing for much less money through Amazon. I bought this size for my face. It has only being 2 weeks, so it's kind of soon to see noticeable results. But I can say that it works. Fine lines are fading and my skin took a shiny glow. Many people asked me about it. It took about a month to arrive. I only use coconut oil. And is enough. Good luck!.

Just What I Needed!

Very pleased with product.

My derma roller is doing great. I ordered. 5mm . A little tender on forhead. I do my entire face and neck. Feels like little sunburn. I use my hyuralonic serum after derma rolling. I do this at night. Need to avoid UV during the day. I'm just finishing with Jessner peel. Return to derma rolling. Very pleased with product.
