Looking for a E-commerce associate with relevant experience in creating product listings and optimizing eCommerce processes. Daily tasks are to assist with creating, coordinating, and maintaining product listings and creating well-sourced original content across multiple sales channels, for health and beauty.

Experience with online marketplaces
Excellent communication
Pride in work
Knowledge of Excel for price analysis and comparative analysis of competing products
Must be comfortable working in an all-digital environment
Photoshop is a plus
Familiarity with HTML, CSS

Bookkeeper

Our new hire will be smart, savvy, and a full charge bookkeeper. Top notch organization skills will be a must to join this operations and accounting team! Heavy reconciliation for multiple entities. The position requires reporting Financials to the CEO. Someone with a “get things done” mentality – a generalist, not a specialist.

Customer Service Associate and Admin

The customer service Associate will be responsible for accurately entering customers' orders ensuring that all proper discounts, special pricing, terms of payments and shipping details are properly applied. Researching customer orders / invoices and providing information pertaining to: order/ invoice dates, totals, shipment dates, tracking information, etc. Answering general customer questions about products and/or transferring more complex questions to appropriate personnel. Become knowledgeable about new products, special promos, or any other information that may increase customer orders (quantity and/or total amount of order).
