Flawless Freshness Policy

At Flawless Beauty and Skin, we are committed to providing our customers with safe and natural skincare and nutritional products that are guaranteed to be at their maximum potency and effectiveness. New standards and strict protocols are put in place in our climate-controlled warehouse to guarantee each item shipped have at least a 6 month freshness date for consumers and 12 month freshness date for resellers. The quality, safety, and efficacy of our products are extremely important to us and we are dedicated to provide our customers with best products the beauty industry has to offer.

1. Ingredient Freshness and Sourcing: Flawless Beauty and Skin only carries products that are manufactured with the use of fresh, high-quality, and natural sourced ingredients.

2. Manufacturing Process: Flawless Beauty and Skin requires all manufacturers to provide detailed tests and reports from all cGMP certified factories. They must all follow strict guidelines to ensure the safety and stability of the items they produce.

3. Packaging: Flawless Beauty and Skin ensures all products have clear expiration dates on packaging, or use a "Best Before" date to ensure customers know when to use the product by. All nutritional items will also be sealed to ensure no tampering.

4. Product Shelf Life & Expiry Dates: Flawless Beauty and Skin will ensure each product has a defined shelf life based on stability testing and ingredient degradation rates. Most skincare products have a shelf life of 1-3 years.

- Expiry Date Policy: Clearly state the product’s shelf life from the manufacturing date and include an expiration or "best before" date on all packaging.
- PAO (Period After Opening): Once a product is opened, it's exposed to air and potential contamination, so it's important to use it within the PAO timeframe to ensure safety and effectiveness. PAO will vary for each category of products. Devices and accessories are not subject to PAO.

• Cream/Lotions/Serums: 6 months
• Supplements: 12 months

5. Storage and Distribution: Flawless Beauty and Skin ensures that our products are stored in a temperature-controlled environment during manufacturing, storage, and distribution. Flawless Beauty and Skin also works with logistics partners who understand the importance of maintaining ideal conditions during transport, especially for products that may be temperature-sensitive.

6. Consumer Education: Flawless Beauty and Skin provides customers with guidelines on how to store their products at home (e.g., keeping them out of direct sunlight, in a cool, dry place). Inform customers about the shelf life of products after opening, and educate them on how to recognize signs of product deterioration (e.g., change in color, texture, or smell).
